I have been with Bay Club Fitness since 2008. I believe that to reach your goals, you need to have a clear goal in sight, and know where you are starting from. The human body is much more complicated than just pounds and inches. I feel this is where traditional personal training comes up short. For this reason, I call my training business, Jones Performance Training. I look at how you move and function, not just in pounds and inches. An in depth assessment of these movements gives me a great advantage over normal personal training when trying to reach your goal, whether it is to feel great, lose weight, become a better golfer, or all three.
I graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science. I am certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association, Titleist Performance Institute, and Functional Movement Systems.
